What is better than getting out of the house on a sunny March day in your BMW and
drive around for the day on the back roads of South Central New Hampshire?
Try stopping by a mainstay of Springtime New Hampshire dining:
Parker's Maple Barn Restaurant
and a Springtime Maple Run.
If you are unlucky enough to never have been to this rustic eatery, you MUST come
join us on Sunday, March 28! Parker's is known for their maple syrup which is produced
on-site in their sugar house. You have to try the pumpkin pancakes, maple ribs, stuffed
French toast, or maybe if you're really hungry, "The Parker's Special". Really, is there
anything better than fresh buttermilk pancakes with warm Grade A Dark Amber maple syrup?
While waiting for your table, get in line for the sugar house. You'll see how they tap
trees and check for sugar content and boil down the liquid into the good stuff in the
restaurant. When you're done there check out the Corn Crib Gift Shop. You'll find here
everything imaginable that contains maple syrup not to mention Native American articles,
candy, gifts, and other collectibles.
Afterwards, why you don't you join us for a Springtime Maple Run drive around the Western
part of the state. The route will take us from Mason to Greenfield, Alstead, Keene and
Jaffrey. You can come for the breakfast or the drive or both.
If you just joined the Chapter or just want to chat to other BMW enthusiasts, come join us at Parker's. We want you to feel at home with us because "You Belong Here".
